This is used solely to create and manage your account. Billing Information We use Razorpay as our payment processor. We do not store your full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Razorpay processes payment data under its own privacy and security policies. We retain transaction records (amount, date, pack purchased) for accounting and compliance. Usage & Activity Data We collect data about how you use the platform - such as task configurations, extraction job history, API requests made, and usage volumes - to provide, improve, and protect the Service. Technical Data We may automatically collect browser type, IP address, device identifiers, and log data when you access the Service. This data is used for security, fraud prevention, and platform stability. Communications If you contact our support team, we retain that communication to resolve your query and improve our service quality.

The business data extracted through extraction tasks belongs to you as the licensed user. We do not re-sell, license, or distribute any data you extract to third parties.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances: Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party vendors (e.g., Supabase for database infrastructure, Razorpay for payment processing) who process data on our behalf, under strict confidentiality obligations. Legal Compliance: We may disclose information where required by applicable law, court order, or government authority in India. Business Transfer: If Queric Technologies Private Limited is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We require all third-party partners to maintain appropriate data security standards and prohibit them from using your personal data for their own independent purposes.
