Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Dequire platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the Service, whether as an individual or on behalf of an entity.

Dequire is a B2B geographic intelligence platform operated by Queric Technologies Private Limited. The Service enables businesses to run data extraction tasks, access verified B2B merchant records, and export business data for their own commercial use. Geographic Results Variance: Extraction results and the volume of business data retrieved vary significantly based on your selected location, geographic boundary, corridor length, and the physical commercial density of that area. High-density commercial districts will naturally yield a large volume of business records, while residential, sparse, or rural areas will yield few or no records. This variance is an inherent characteristic of real-world offline market distribution. The Service is intended solely for lawful B2B commercial purposes. Use of the Service for personal, household, or consumer purposes is not permitted.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this Service. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities that occur under your account are your sole responsibility. Notify us immediately at legal@dequire.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

All purchases of credit packs on Dequire are prepaid and non-refundable. Once a payment is processed and credits are issued to your account, no refunds, reversals, or chargebacks will be entertained under any circumstances, including but not limited to: • Results varying based on the selected location (e.g., fewer or larger volume of business records found due to the actual commercial density of the chosen area). • Partial or complete unused credits at the time of account closure. • Results not matching subjective expectations regarding volume, format, or geographic coverage. • Technical errors resolved within a reasonable remediation period. • Change of business direction, intent, or requirements after purchase. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Queric Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to modify pricing at any time; such changes will not affect already purchased credit packs. If you believe a payment error occurred due to a technical fault on our platform, contact us at legal@dequire.com within 7 days of the transaction for review. This review process does not guarantee a refund and is conducted solely at our discretion.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful B2B commercial purposes. You must not: • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the underlying technology or data pipelines of the platform. • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute raw data obtained through the Service without prior written consent from Queric Technologies Private Limited. • Use the data for spamming, unsolicited communications, or any activity that violates applicable anti-spam or data protection laws. • Share your account credentials with third parties. • Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform's frontend outside of officially provided API integrations. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Dequire grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extracted business data for your internal commercial purposes during the period your account is active. All proprietary technology, platform code, processing infrastructure, and methodologies used to generate the data remain the exclusive intellectual property of Queric Technologies Private Limited. You acquire no ownership rights to the platform itself. You retain full ownership of any data you upload to the platform (e.g., task configurations, custom targeting parameters). By uploading such data, you grant Queric Technologies Private Limited a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Queric Technologies Private Limited does not guarantee that: • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. • A specific volume or density of business data will exist in any user-selected location. • The data obtained through the Service is 100% accurate, complete, or current at the time of delivery. • The Service will meet your specific business requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Queric Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at legal@dequire.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits or any pro-rated payments. Upon termination, your license to use the data obtained during your active subscription period survives termination, but you lose the right to access the platform or extract new data.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@dequire.com. We will make good faith efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification to registered users. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
